Profit-Sharing distributions exclusively for ABA Members. The Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program (STAMP)

ABA Insurance Services

ABA Insurance Services offers bond, D&O, employment practices liability insurance and related coverages to 1,700 community banks across the country. Participating ABA Member banks automatically become shareholders of the mutual reinsurance company, American Bankers Mutual Insurance Ltd, which distributes profits back to participants. Only ABA Members are eligible to share in the distribution. American Bankers Mutual Insurance Ltd. has declared $71.5 million in distributions to eligible member banks since 1991. The program is endorsed by 29 state bankers associations.

The Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program (STAMP) � ABA Insurance Services

A guarantee of signature is required by all Transfer Agents before a security can be sold or otherwise transferred. STAMP is the official signature guarantee program recognized and approved by the financial industry and endorsed by the Securities Transfer Association. Purchasing a STAMP Surety Bond assures the financial institution that its guarantees will be immediately accepted for processing by Transfer Agents.

ABA Insurance Services offers the STAMP Surety Bond at a discounted rate to ABA Members. ABA members receive a 15% discount on their STAMP Surety Bond. Limits up to $5,000,000 are available and an additional 10% discount is applied to 3-year premium payments.
