IMPORTANT NOTICE:  ABA has received several reports that unaffiliated third party travel agents and wholesalers have been contacting ABA listed exhibitors offering them deals on hotels for the ABA National Conference for Community Bankers and other meetings.  While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations.  ABA does not utilize third party brokers for its Hotel bookings.  If you do not make your housing reservations with ABA directly, we will not be able to assist you.  Please contact ABA Customer Service at 1-800-BANKERS to be directed to the official contact for your specific event or meeting of interest.

Meet Your Company's Exhibit Objectives for 2012

The ABA National Conference for Community Bankers is the premier event for community bankers in the nation, drawing 400 community bank CEOs and decision-makers and over 1,000 total attendees each year. Here you can meet your company's objectives for 2012 and beyond. Bankers flock to this event with their needs for solutions, products and services. In this exhibit hall they can shop for them all in one place. Our post-event evaluations report that two-thirds of bankers visit 20 or more exhibitors. You need to be here to meet them. Exhibitor Opportunities

At the conclusion of the 2011 conference current exhibitors had the opportunity to reserve their space for the 2012 show. Many took advantage and chose their booth space. We do still have booths available. This year the booth size is 8'd x 10'w. If you are interested in reserving a booth, please complete the Booth Reservation Form and return it to Traci Leiva at tleiva@aba.com or fax it to 202-663-7544.

We use a Priority Point System to insure that all companies that show ongoing support of this conference are rewarded for their loyalty and that they will benefit from this preferred status when it comes to signing up for exhibit space at future Community Banker exhibit halls.

Exhibit Booth Fees

• ABA Service Members -- $3,995
• Non-Members -- $6,000

Exhibitor Registration Fees

Per booth, the first two Exhibitor Registrations are complimentary.

ABA Service Members may purchase up to 2 additional registrations at $649 each; Registrations will be the full conference rate thereafter. Non-Members may purchase additional registrations at the full nonmember rate.
